      Parties – Edward Hammonde in St Albones in Nunnyngton Esquire (1), Sir Thomas Hardres of Greate Hardres, Knight and Sir Anthony Aucher of Bisshopps Borne, Knight and William Hamonde son and heire apparent of the said Edward Hamonde and Elizabeth Aucher sister of the said Sir Anthony Aucher (2). Conson. marriage to be had between William Hamonde and Elizabeth Aucher. Grant of Annuity of £160 by said Edward Hammonde issuing out of all his mannors, messuages and lands in parishes of Nunnyngton, Chillenden and Ashe next Sandwich and all other in County of Kent to said William Hamonde during the joynte lives of said Edward Hammonde and William Hamonde. In case of death of William Hamonde a further annuity to said Elizabeth of £200 for her joynture.

      Parties – Edward Hamonde of St Albones Nunnington Esquire (1), Sir Thomas Hardres of Great Hardres, Knight, and Sir Anthony Aucher of Bisshopsborne, Knight (2). Reciting the pending marriage of William Hamonde, sonne and heir apparent of said Edward Hamonde and Elizabeth Aucher, sister of said Sir Anthony Aucher. Covenant by Edward Hamonde with (2) that he is seised in his demesne as of ffee or ffee tayle of Parcels – Manor of St Albones in Nunnyngton and of all messuages, mansions, howses, etc. lands, etc. lying in Nunnington And in a farme called Chillenden Courte and of all land etc. in occupation of said Edward Hamonde in Nunnington and in Norborne, Chillenden, Goodneston, Wingham, Worde and Ashe. And a messuage called the Mannor of Guston ffleete in Ashe and of divers marshe and errable lands in Ashe amounting in all to 293 acres by estimation. Settlement, subject to Edward Hamonde’s life interest on William Hamonde and said Elizabeth.
