Account of the legacies and residue: The lease of a certain farm to son James GB30. GB50 each to sons Jeremiah and Richard to be paid within twelve months after the death of his wife, Sarah. GB225 to Daughter Sarah Webb. Residue to sons Jeremiah and Richard equally.
