      Probate 20 Jun 1804 under GB2,000. Executors: Son James and Jesse Spicer of Pluckley, yeoman. Legatees and Relationship: Sons James, Jeremiah and Richard and daughter Sarah. Account of the legacies and residue: The lease of a certain farm to son James GB30. GB50 each to sons Jeremiah and Richard to be paid within twelve months after the death of his wife, Sarah. GB225 to Daughter Sarah Webb. Residue to sons Jeremiah and Richard equally.
