Item, I give unto ANNE OMER, my grandchild, the sum of five pounds to buy her a ring to wear in remembrance of me.

Item, I give and bequeath unto ALICE OMER my wife and to MARY RUCKE my daughter the rectory or parsonage of Preston-next-Faversham in the County of Kent and all the tithes, glebe lands, profits and emoluments thereunto belonging which I hold in lease from the Dean and Chapter of the Cathedral and Metropolitical Church of Christ, Canterbury and all my right, title, interest and term of years of and in the same.

The residue of all my goods, chattels, plate, monies and personal estate whatsoever, my debts and legacies being paid and discharged, I give and bequeath unto the said ALICE, my wife and MARY RUCKE, my daughter, whom I make joint Executrices of this my last Will and Testament.
