Notes |
- On his burial entry, Simon was described as being from Westgate, Canterbury. Died d.s.p. according to death duty Will abstract. Whole estate was left to John Ruck's, his brother's, children Francis, Mary, John, William and George in equal shares. As Charles was not mentioned it would be likely that Charles had died as a young child. Simon Ruck appointed his brother John Ruck as Executor.
