- Cecilia Emma was born on 5 May 1863. She married George Spicer, a journalist at Deal Parish Church on 22 October 1887. George's father also called George, was a mariner. Several sisters witnessd the wedding but not Alice.
Cecilia died on 30 September 1910 at 7 Coliseum Terrace, Regent's Park, London of pelvic peritonitis. her home address however was 7 Clarence Lawn, Dover. She left everything to her husband George in a Will signed in 1906. Her estate was valued at GB701 gross and GB482 net.
George remarried a lady called Rhoda Albert, but he died on 2 October 1917. probate was granted to his widow - the address given was still 7 Clarence Lawn, Dover. He left GB8,400 gross being GB2,300 net. George's Will was signed in 1913.
