Then I will and appoint that my son ROBERT WORGER within three months after his brother EDWARD WORGER hath attained his age aforesaid shall surrender the said copyhold land to the use of his said brother, EDWARD, and his heirs according to the custom of the manor upon condition his said brother EDWARD WORGER then pay or secure to be paid to his sister, JUDITH WORGER, the sum of twenty pounds of lawful money of Great Britain.

Item, I will that the legacy aforesaid given to my said son, JOHN, be paid to him by my Executor within three months next after my decease.

Item, I give and bequeath unto my said daughter, JUDITH WORGER, the case of drawers which were her sisters and all the linen and other things whatsoever which shall be in the same at the time of my death to be delivered unto her by my said Executor immediately after my decease.

Item, I will that the legacies of my said sons STEPHEN and RICHARD WORGER given to them as aforesaid be paid unto them at their respective ages of one and twenty years with the interest and proceed that shall be made thereof and my will and mind is that the four score pounds herein before given to my said sons STEPHEN and RICHARD be within three months next after my decease disposed of at interest for the benefit and advantage of them respectively and to be paid unto them with the interest and proceed thereof at the respective times above mentioned for the payment thereof or to pay or allow the interest and proceed of their respective legacies respectively to them for their better support and maintenance until they shall attain their several ages aforesaid.
